Pre-ordering lets you reserve upcoming products before they arrive in stock — so when they land, yours is ready to ship.
When placing a pre-order, you can choose one of two payment options:
- Pay in Full – Pay the full amount at the time of ordering. This option completes your payment early and simplifies your checkout process once the airplane arrives.
- Place a Deposit – Pay a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot in line. The deposit confirms your intent to purchase and will be applied toward your final invoice.
Your position in the production/fulfillment queue is not affected by whether you pay in full or place a deposit — both options secure your place equally on a first-come, first-served basis.
How the Deposit Works
- A $300 non-refundable deposit reserves your airplane and guarantees your position in the queue.
- Once your order is finalized, we’ll send an updated invoice showing the total purchase amount and any selected options.
- You may make multiple payments toward your balance at your convenience.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the airplane arriving in stock for delivery or shipment.
- If your invoice is not paid in full at the time the airplane arrives and begins shipping, your deposit remains valid, but your spot in the queue will be released. Your order will move to the next available airplane, which may be part of a future shipment.
Changing Colors Schemes
If you decide to change the color scheme or completion level of your airplane after placing a deposit:
- Your $300 non-refundable deposit remains valid and will still apply toward your final invoice.
- However, your spot in the production/fulfillment queue will not be held. The revised order will move to the next available production slot for the new selection.
- Adding or subtracting accessory and/or completion items will not affect your spot in the production/fulfillment queue
Deposit Terms
- The deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward your final invoice when you complete the purchase.
- Deposits cannot be transferred to another model unless otherwise approved by Flex Innovations.

What happens if I change the color or options?
Your deposit still applies, but your position in the production queue will move to the next available slot for the new selection.
Is the deposit refundable?
No — deposits are non-refundable.
